On That Pursuit of Happiness

Happiness is easy to gain, if only it wasn't so hard for us to over think all the problems that occur in our lives. Every problem has a solution, but we all result to having no hope, and feel as if nothing can be done. Once you’re happy something comes up and ruins everything for you. But who’s fault is it? Honestly, we ruin our own happiness, because we care about everyone else’s.

Done With High School

I don’t want to learn in a classroom anymore. I want to travel and talk to people and learn that way. I want to learn as I go, gathering knowledge and not being rigorously tested on it. I don’t want to lose passion in the things I like because of the worry of exams. I want to fuelled by snippets of knowledge I gain from people and be inquisitive. School has stolen my passion for the things I’m interested in and I hate it for that.

Battle Scars

I never understood why people harm themselves.To feel pain or was it the comfort of knowing that behind their skin still lies blood and not just rotting flesh.Pardon my curiosity but I am as fucked up as you are.The difference is my scars are in my eyes,within my hollow laughs and in my broken smiles.We are alive.Why must the hurt,hurt themselves? Are we that dumb? Are we that numb? Aren’t our shattering souls crying,not enough? There is already enough damage done.We are fighting wars within ourselves.PLEASE DO NOT sabotage your real mission.Stay strong, soldier.Open your eyes there is a better world than the one inside your room.Feel your heartbeat, they are drums to fuel your spirit.You are alive.

Quick Thoughts - High School

Life is going really quickly.It has taken me a long process to realize that I will be graduating from high school in less than 40 school days.I can only imagine what is to come in my future and I truly look forward to it.With God on my side and family for support,nothing can stop me.

First Blog Ever

So Today We Commemorated The Life Of Father Bill Schafer Who Passed Away Last Saturday Night.The Entire Bosco Tech Family,Including Alumni & Family Of Fr.Shafer, Joined In Celebrating His Life & Many Years Of Service.He Was 81 Years Old.Tonight Was San Gabriel Mission's Senior Night.I Had The Opportunity To Support My Fellow Friends At Mission & Cheer Them On. With A Roaring Crowd,The Pioneers Fell Short Against The Holy Family Gaels.However,It Was A Win For The Hearts Of The Seniors Who Were Given Flowers & Gifts After The Game.The Underclassmen Showed Appreciation By Giving Speeches To The Seniors As Well As Addressing Their Thanks & Gratitude.I Will Surely Miss The Class of 2013,My Class,When We Part Ways In June.
